How can tell if she was raped?

the other night my friend came home and she was hysterical. she was screaming and crying and totally upset. my other friend who was with her said it was about a boy. I asked her if she had had s*x. she said yes. i asked her if he used a condom. she said she didn't know. i asked her if he c*m in her and she said yes. I asked her repeatedly if it was consensual and she said yes everytime, but i could not tell if she was trying to protect the guy because there seemed like there was way more to the story. she said she just regreted it. She is depressed and lies in bed all day and wont really talk to anyone. Plus her physical reaction the night she came back was so strong. After crying like that she was in the bathroom throwing up and then she collapsed in the hallway crying again. She was drunk too, however. So does it sound like she was raped? or just regretting what had happened.

She might not've been raped, exactly, but there could be more to the story. i suggest waiting until she totally calms down, and having the person she's closed to come and try to talk to her. most if all, if she was raped, make sure she presses charges and stand behind her all the way.

there is the possibility that she was,although,as you too are friends,she should have told you and asked for help,not protect a rapist!maybe she just regreted it or maybe she is afraid she`s pregnant.

Sounds like me that she just realised it was a wrong decision,or maybe she was in love with the guy or something and he was only playing with her...anyway,physically or mentally,she was damaged.Be there for her,show her that u`re a good listener and she`ll open up to you.Really sorry:(

Contact your nearest rape crisis centre. You can speak to somebody anonymously even if you're not the rape victim yourself. Then follow the advice they give you and try to persuade your friend to speak to the counsellor there.

Having s*x with a girl too drunk to give consent is rape. Your friend needs to understand this. It's probably too late to get physical evidence from a rape kit but not too late to report it.

Depending on when exactly it happened, your friend may still be able to take the morning-after pill or should take a pregnancy test if it's too late. She should also get tested for HIV and other diseases ASAP.

Depends. Was she jumpy when you went to touch her even the slightliest bit? And how does she not know whether a condom was used. If she knows whether he ejaculated in her then she should know that too. And where was your other friend during all this? So many questions... What you need to do is get the whole story. Find out from your friend and really get to the bottom of things. Then if it seems like rape I suppose you could go with your friend to a clinic and have rape kit done.

If she was drunk when the s*x occurred, then it was rape, regardless of whether she said yes or no or nothing at all. So call a rape/sexual assault hotline, and get advice from them on what to do.
