Some people say "Think and you'll be thin.." How can this be true?

  1. The idea behind it is as follows:

    the brain functions as a mechanism which reaches objectives...

    U cannot see a brain without an objective in sight...

    Don't think a confused person doesn't have objectives... The confusion is the objective itself..

    Every person has the responsibility for her choices, and every choice generates objectives.

    When u were a child, your parents have written your brain with objectives. And the bad thing is that those objectives are not compatibile with you 100%, unless you are the only exception in the country:P

    Well, u have to analyze your behavior to see your real objectives. consider it like this. Everything there is around you is your objective, the real one.

    For example u are fat.

    U want to be thin, u wish to be thin, but your objective is more important. Maybe is not so apparent that you yourself want to be fat. But there is a deeper objective in all of us. And the root objective of all people is, one way or another, to be unhappy. Not to be yourself. Ain't this what our parents taught us all? Don't be yourself, be something else. This gives unhpappiness. Because happy you can be only when expressing yourself exactly as you are. Spontaneous. I didn't see a parent until now to let the child just be himself.

    And think a little. The brain is not moral. He doesn't put the problem like: "well, the mother is wrong, the fatness is wrong.".

    The brain thinks like this: "well, the master [meaning, you] thought about fatness 1000 times this year, 300 times about slimness => fatness is the goal" ..."plus, being fat seems to make him unhappy which is the greatest objective"...

    Once he decided about the objectives he starts to search possibilities and clues and situations to fit the objective and to reach it => it seems like you attract things.

    What can be done?

    Simple... Change the objective...

    But how?

    Well, you cannot say to your brain tonight: "hey brain, from now on I want to be slim..."

    Your brain doesn't give too much **** about a phrase:)))

    You have to repeat the objective, and to be focused on slimness. Imagine yourself being slim. Flirt with the image of slimness. Imagine how it would be if you were slim.

    When thoughts of fatness come, you have to say to your brain each time: "hey brain, this is a mistake, the new objective is to be slim"

    ANd you have to to this for a month, until ur brain gets the new objective... and starts to apply it subconsiously....

    You have to see yourself slim, and nothing else...
