How can the PC shows a Dictionary like a hard disk?

The dictionary is Ectaco 19EE multilingual.When you connect the device via USB its only to charge the battery.

  1. The device cannot be read as a hard drive. It has to do with the programming of the device. You can look in the manual and see if there is a way to make it be recognized as an external drive, but chances are, it is not possible.
