it has everything to do with it.  Esp. for example as you might hav noticed American Music lacks originality.  That came the era when Home Video Games came into play.  During our Childhood is the most important time to develop this part of the brain. So if you let your child veg & play video games all day, has a lot of toys more than likely this kid will not be creative at all.  

As to a child that has no money, can't afford these types of things or parents don't allow it.  They have to think of "Creative" ways to entertain themselves, make their own toys (contraptions) thus develops that part of the brain.

depending on what environment and culture etc u are exposed to can affect creativity in the ways as if you were say an australian aboriginal and a white australian you would have different art based on your environment because of your cultural backround. It depends on what you are being exposed to. Like if an alien was exposed to our culture etc on Earth it would be very different in ways of creativity derived from them.

Because of our thoughts. its kinda like basic philosiphy in a way. We derive things from our environment and shape and change them. Eg try imagine a new monster......

any bets that monster is made up of a creature u have seen and or other features u have witnessed maybe from TV. say a purple invisible pigeon- thoughts from the show Barney and a movie + a pigeon.

Better question is how can it not?...I think all artists are inspired by their and others peoples culture, enviorment, and background its apart of who you are.

Your creativity is destroyed as soon as your are taken prisoner and put in a mind control experiment. You will probably be so weak willed your brain can`t now even think for itself but the term used for this n**i brainwashing is education. If you do not repeat what we tell you to think you are to be called a trouble maker this is why most people who fail to be brainwashed go on to influence the world in art forms they have kept there own creative identity.
