The demographics include age, gender, race, income, mobility, etc of the employees in the org.

If there are more young people in the org than they are enthusiastic, like challenges, and take org to new heights.

If there are old people then they progress the org wih their kowledge and wisdom

Men have only one front to fight in business but women have to handle family and work both. Though they are capable of handling them it stll does effect the org

Then about other points I don't know, but will try to gather and tell u.
