IT CAN TURN THE RIVERS AWAY FROM THE OCEANS FOR MORE WATER INLAND TO AREAS WHERE THEIR IS'NT ANY OR NEAR FORESTS AND NEAR HOMES IN CASE OF FIRES. FRESH WATER IS NEEDED FOR ALL LIFE ON EARTH  INCLUDING TREES, PLANT AND ANIMALS.
