How can the prime minister of nepal hon koirala resign ? The other political parties are asking him to resign

All politicial parties including moists are asking the prime minister to resign his post. There is no president in that country. The kingdom also gone and now it is a republic nation. As per the constitution, the prime minister should submit his resignation and submit to the president of the nation. There is no president to nepal.

i understand.  i hope there will be an agreement soon among the political parties.  There is no meaning in asking the resignation of the prime minister until formation of a new government in the absence of president.
