How can the train handle be lowered to reach the child's hand?

i am making a train handle so that the shorter kids can reach it cos most of the handle are high above their height . but the problem is to reach the child's hand, how can the handle be lowered?

i need some of your idea. & how long should the length of the handle be ?

I don't think a child-centred door handle on a train would be a good idea.

Any child too small to reach the door handle should in any case be accompanied by an adult.

Make a spring type handle so that it can be reached to the child's hand. The handle should reach up to at least 130 cm off the ground as kids are usually that tall. I kind of find this idea dangerous but i've said what i had to.

As per rules, children are not allowed to get hold hold of the train handle since it is dangerous for them.
