"Pie" refers  to a warm (often warm), gooey, gelatinous edible substance. Now what place, good for oral pleasure, in a woman is warm, gooey, and viscous if she is in a certain mood? I don't think it's a "bad" word, only a word, in some contexts, with a double meaning.
