It should be a tie for gold. Phelps won by 0.01. Anything less that 0.05 should be a tie. Modern technology has trouble being that accurate.

Those touchpads are XTREEMLY sensitve. Every thing goes to that FIRST. Eyes are like..the last resort for results.
