How can this Nuclear-deal will contribute to minimize this inflation rate of india?

IRecently, this UPA government won the 'trust vote'. And also, last few years the rate of Inflations ia increasing (last month it was almost 11.98% I guess) so, In what way, this 'deal' will help our nation to live in peace again? And another question I would really like to put forwad is....Is this 'N-deal' a friendly deal with the nature?? (although, it's for to safegaurd the resources for the future use)
