How can this happen? (about weight)?

I weighed myself friday morning and I was 118 so friday i has a special k bar and milk for breakfast, a salad and vitamin water for lunch, and shrimp and water for supper. then saturday i was 118.5. saturday i had a special k bar and milk for breakfast, licorice and vitamin water for lunch(i was out and it was licorice or chocolate) and supper i had fried haddock, french fries, and soda(i was out to eat) so i thought i was gonna be up but today i was 114.5

how do you explain this? when i ate healthy i gained weight and when i ate like a pig i lost 4 pounds. i didnt really exercise either day

  1. Your body lost water most likely. By simply losing water, someone can lose up to 10 pounds in a week. If you're looking to gain some weight, then don't gain fat, gain muscle, it's much healthier for your body.

    Keep eating healthy, have your treats every now and again, but gain weight through muscle before you gain fat.


  2. this is water in your body and not weight, 5+ and 5- are water gain and loss..if you want to gain weight eat fast food more often, if you want to lose, then eat healthy. gl
