I weighed myself friday morning and I was 118 so friday i has a special k bar and milk for breakfast, a salad and vitamin water for lunch, and shrimp and water for supper. then saturday i was 118.5. saturday i had a special k bar and milk for breakfast, licorice and vitamin water for lunch(i was out and it was licorice or chocolate) and supper i had fried haddock, french fries, and soda(i was out to eat) so i thought i was gonna be up but today i was 114.5
how do you explain this? when i ate healthy i gained weight and when i ate like a pig i lost 4 pounds. i didnt really exercise either day
