How can tighten my stomach, any exercises?

  1. 1.  Exercise.     a.  Abdominal crunches (sit-ups).  b.  cardio, at least 30 minutes a day (elliptical machine)

    2.  Cut down on carb intake.

    3.  Cut down on fat intake.

    4.  Keep track of your calories and eating habits.


  2. ya..bend down for 2minutes.and come up do this for atleast 10 min a day.

    if that is wut u mean..i recommend doing sit ups each day.

    i do those reguarly to tighten my stomach.

  6. lie down flat on the floor. lift just ur legs about an inch or two off the floor. burns, but it works.

    also, sit down on the floor, with legs indian-style. put your hands on the back of your head and twist ur waist really fast left and right. it makes u dizzy but it works

  7. I do crunches, at least ten each night and that does the trick.

  8. Sit ups are better for your back than crunches, but both a bad, although not doing them is worse. Deep Breathing the best with stomach tightening second then diet third.

Lots of crunches and wall sits.  Different types of crunches like regular, side crunches, butterfly crunches, and bicycle crunches.  These all help tighten my stomach.  Also, when you are driving or just sitting around, always keep your tummy tightened!  It really does help.  I'm not sure if you have access to a pool, but swimming does wanders on the tummy too!
