For the rookies, you get the play book as soon as you sign with the team. vets should know the playbook already except for added plays or if its a new scheme then you have learn the new one. its kind of like an allnighter in college except you only have a month or so.

if you dont have a playbook, get one off the internet to just get an idea of what the playbook might be like.

well. since it's summer live and breath the playbook. the playbook is your life. you take it everywhere in your free time you read it when you on the toilet you read it.

make the playbook your life , everywhere you go , in the bathroom eating ect. but dont over do it .....it takes 16 times of practice for the mine to memorize something...

I would work hard, TIPS:- You should go down your local park and take a amercian football with you and a couple of cones and lay the cones out where you want them to be and stand in the middle of the field and try and hit the cones, and then work on that for about 3-4 days and thn the for another 3-4 days get a mate to come with you and put pressure on you to see if you can handle the prssure and if you can do it for a couple of days

then for 2 days go down the local park and get about 2-3 mates and line them up and see if you can tackle them when running at you, and for the last 2 days practise on your fitness. and in between that read the playbook 4 to 5 pages a day ova twice in the nites afta practise.. anygood ?
