How can u become a successful volleyball player?

I'm going into eighth grade and i just got a net to put into my yard to practice volleyball..........but i never get the chance. I really wanna become good at it so i can become pro but i dont know how to get better at it........can you help me?

Practice practice practice...try to go to camp, and find someone who knows how to play. sometimes, i think it helps me a lot to watch matches. When I first started serving over handed I couldn't get it right. So I went online and got directions to help.

invest in playing for club volleyball. my friend was a really weak player when we first started in middle school & she started playing club her freshmen year & now she is well known throughout the nation! a lot of schools try to recruit her & everything! you can find her on youtube.com search puneet pataria she's amazing! & i swear when she started out she was so unexperienced, so definately join a volleyball club =]

pratice it by just hitting the ball on the wall.The ball will bounce back to u and u hit it back.

Go to a camp or clinic, play some pick up games, and join some club team.  Club volleyball is unbelievably fun, competitive, and very helpful on a path to becoming a star.  Don't stress perfection in everything.  No one is perfect in anything.
