How can u evaporate ocean water with only 1 small bowl, 1 big bowl, a plastic bag, and 2 big coins?

Are you trying to make fresh water out of the salt water using the given materials?  If so, you put the salt water in the big bowl, float the dry small bowl in there, cover it with the bag, and put the coins over the small bowl.  The water will evaporate, condense on the plastic, and then drip into the small bowl because the coins make a depression where the water will collect.  Hope this helps.  Btw, I've actually done this before at boy scout camp once as part of wilderness survival.

Put the water in the small bowl, and set the small bowl in the big bowl.  Put the plastic bag over the small bowl, with the edges of the bag in the big bowl, and weigh down the bag with the coins.  Then put the whole contraption in the sun.  The water in the small bowl will evaporate, rise to the top of the device, and condense on the plastic bag.  It will then run down the sides of the bag and pool in the big bowl.
