if you dont have a adress or his phone number, you could look at his work, school and try to ask for him, they will contact him.

if you only have his name, yould look at his birth certificified, just with his name and birth day, they will give you his CURP, is like a ID registration here in mexico, in this link

with this registration you could look what this all numbers meen and some of them tells you in wich district or part of the city are you living, and this could be a head start.

Find the white or yellow pages from Monterrey. It will list everyo single address and home phone number. It might take you a little bit, but it should work :)
