i'm not sure what you are a member of, but this might help. i have found, anywhere in the world, if you specifically pick three people, ask them each three specific questions, you can find anything you want. for example: my friend is underaged. but he likes to drink. when he was in vegas he wanted to get a fake id so he could go to the bar. by looking for college-age kids who were computer smart, he was able to find ids. you have to pick people who logically would either be able to help or would know someone who can help you.
