  1. Do squats, lunges, biking is good too. All of the exercises that work on your thighs because it's the most important muscle while you're playing volleyball

  3. You jump up and hit the ball. Of course we know you meant volleyball why did you waste another 10 points to correct it

  7. I like CaraG's answer: squats, lunges, and cycling.  About the only thing I would add is lateral cross-overs, and calf raises.

    don't forget to have fun..

  8. you exercise at the gym in doing cardio workouts or leg stretch workouts. I do those and my legs are tight! Lol.

  11. unfortunantely running, squats and lunges are all the best ways of keepin in competitive shape.  helps with the vertical also.

  12. it's good to go to your local gym and use whieghts on your legs

  13. Squats with weights would work...just make sure to wear a belt and keep your back straight!
