How can u get info about a certain person online?

I know this is probably wrong, but I need to find out about a certain person....where they live, phone #, address....I don't wanna use a credit card & sign up to get all that info. I wanna search a person FREE!!!! I enter some info that I know and it'll show up, but if I want more specific answers, I gotta pay.....I need to get in touch w/ this person & I sure don't wanna PAY to get that info....PLEASE, can some1 HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Check the white pages of the phone book of the city they are in. If they are a listed number then your in luck.
