if you upload a picture to photobucket

there are ways that you can edit them.

by clicking the edit photo button and then effects

and click on one that you like

well you can do this in photoshop. but of course, not everyone has photoshop. if you really want to do this, you can download paint.net. its a paint program alot like photoshop for free. try changing the contrast. play around to get a nice result =). Hope this helps.

try editing it in photobucket.

use like photoshop or fireworks

and basically play around with the &quot;brightness and contrast&quot; and youll get that effect.
