  1. I dont think you can, unless you use special glasses for that purpose.

  2. Hi James,

You can improve your night vision by eating food rich in 'A' vitamin, doing plenty of exercises, and avoiding direct gaze into the sun in the afternoon.

If your work entails grinding, digging, excavating, welding, spraying, etc make us of eye protectors or eye goggles, to prevent foreign objects from flying into your unprotected eyes.

You may wish to ask me, ''what foods are rich in 'A' vitamin?'' You could make your selection from these: carrot; dried apricots; mangoes; egg yolks; milk; spinach; sweet potato; liver; and mozzarella cheese.

But if you're pregnant, please tone down on your vitamin A intake, as excessive consumption of vitamin-A-rich food  may prove 'toxic' to your embryo.

  3. take massive doses of beta carotine. or eat the heck out of carrots. you may not sleeep as well because the Room will be so Bright you cant sleep!

  4. transplant an eye from a cat

  5. Eat lots of A vitamin rich foods such as carrots for they have the highest concentration of A vitamin. another trick of to  look into a red light because when you saturate your eyes with a color you see the opposite and the opposite color of red is pitch black. also when looking in the dark dont look directly at sumtin use your peripheral vision. it is a lot easier because the black and white rods are in the sides of your eyes. also look for shapes and not the object itself. or if u got money u can just buy a pair of NV goggles or make you own which is pretty easy

  6. I have found that if you put yourself in a dark room with things in it. Then you allow your eyes to adjust to the darkness and try to find things in there that you had put. Do this more often and you will train your eyes to adjust to different situations. Good Luck

  7. -The hi-tec/lo-tec technique= it is dependant on a hi-tec object, in order to achieve a lo-tec result.Take your digital camera or cell phone and switch it on to picture mode. Holde the screen up to one of your eyes while keeping both your eyes open. Focus on what the uncovered eye is seeing. You should be able to see more clearly.

    - The pirate’s technique

When moving from darkness to light, and then back into darkness, keep one eye closed and the other one open. This will allow you to retain night vision in the closed eye.

It is said this is one of the reasons why pirates used to wear an eyepatch.

-It takes approximately 30 minutes for the human eye to adapt to darkness. Protect your night vision: do not look directly at bright objects

-Use your peripheral vision rather than looking directly at the object you're trying to see. This takes practice, but it really does work well.

-Scan the area you're looking at... Do not allow your eyes to rest in one place as they will adapt to whatever little light source there is

-Look for movement, shape and contour, rather than colours.

If you need to use a lightsource (for instance for looking at a map) use as dim a light as possible. Place a red or blue/green filter over the light source.

-Get lower than the object you're looking at. This usually allows for its contours to be seen better.

-Squeezing your eyes shut tightly for 10 seconds upon entering a dark area. The effectiveness of the technique is contested, and specialists profess its main benefit is psychological.

-This technique suggests to eat a sugar cube before going out in darkness, then to shine a red-filtered light in your eyes for 10 seconds.Night vision is dependant on blood sugar levels.
