How can u lose a pound a day?

with still eating food.

i wanna loose 5-10 lbs. i like being 90-ish (i'm 4"11)

yeah so i weigh 107. and i wanna shed some lbs. mostly off my tummy and thighs.

how shall i do that?

with exersizes that don't kill me.

  2. I don't have time to personalize this but it works great. This is a routine I laid out for another Yanswers  person. Just read between the lines. I use it when getting ready to cut weight for a fight. You can lose about 10 lbs. in 2 weeks.

    1. How much do you weigh?2. What's your age?3. What are your goals. Like do you want to look all lumpy and swolled up like WWF wrestler or are you trying to lose weight or do you want to look ripped up and not super big, kind of like Michael Phelps the Olympic swimmer or what. 4. It's never good to eat late at night. I wouldn't suggest eating after 9:00. Now if your out with some friends and they are eating and it's a little later, it's not a big deal you can do it just don't make a habit of it.5. Your not eating enough, no matter what you want to do, even if it's to lose weight. Sometimes what seems like it would make sense, ie: not eating much to lose weight really is wrong. It's not good to starve yourself it's actually better to eat 5 or 6 small meals per day.  6. I re read your post and you say you want to get slimmer so here is what I do to cut weight when starting back to training. Honestly you can lose about 10lbs in 2 weeks if you do this. It's a low carb diet and exercise program but not like the fad ones and NEVER do this for more then 2 weeks. Step 1. When you wake up in the morning go for a brisk walk or even do that elliptical for 20 minute but nothing more. No running. You are going to do this on an empty stomach. I just do a fast walk for 20 minutes. Step 2. Eat breakfast which is going to be carbs, because carbs early in the morning is going to give you energy to burn fat through out the rest of the day. I usually do oatmeal. It might be gross but remember its only 2 weeks. Not the instant mix kind, it's gotta be the reg old fashioned kind with no sugar. If your pressed for time use the instant but get the one with the least amount of sugar you can find they make it with real low or no sugar now. You should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. Put them in your backback or keep a gallon in your locker or whatever you gotta do man but drink the water every day. Step 3. Your 2nd meal is going to be around 10:00am, it can be a protein drink that you take with you to school. Protein is cheap at like wal mart, it's only about 10 bucks for WHEY protein. Don't worry about all that expensive c**p at GNC. You don't need a lot, just one scoop in some water or or milk. It's really good in gatorade but your defeating the purpose because of all the sugar in it. Get your self a plastic container with a lid so you can just put the water and powder in there and shake it up. I know you prolly don't have much time at school but if they let you have drinks, just drink it during class. If you get up really early and eat lunch early then adjust this to fit between them. If you like the fruit better take the fruit in place of the protein shake or mix it up on diff days. Step 4. Lunch time - You are allowed a 6 oz. piece of lean meat, like chicken, steak, fish, etc. 6oz is not much at all. I buy these bags of frozen chicken breast for like $6 at wal mart boneless skinless. If you can get the chicken strip ones (not breaded) its better because a whole chicken breast is more than 6 ounces so like two of those strips will do better. or cut the chicken b*****s in half. Also for lunch you get a vegetable, like green beans, corn, etc. No mashed potatos thats loaded with carbs and for this you are only doing carbs in the morning remember. Step 5. As soon as you get home, have another portion of fruit or the shake. If this is a workout day this would be a good time to work out about an 30 min - 1 hour after eating you can do homework or whatever in between waiting. Or if you have something else you need to do you can work out later. Don't work out more than about 3 days per week at first. The crunches are good but mix it up with a 1-2 mile run at least 1-2 times per week. Step 6. Dinner around 6:00pm this is where you get another 6oz peice of meat and veggies. NO BREAD. If you feel hungry later eat some more fruit, yogurt, etc or the shake.  but watch out for hight carbs in yogurt and remember nothing after 9:00 except water. You can ALWAYS drink more water and if you are hungry but not supposed to eat again, water will help with the hunger pains. You can drink milk with your meals, lunch and dinner but keep with the skim milk. As for lifting with what your trying to do go for light weight and high reps like 15-20 reps, but do three to four sets of about 5 different exercises and work different muscle groups. You cant just bench everyday and get the proper results. Work arms one day, chest (bench) another etc. and don't forget about legs, you can just stand in place and do high reps of squats with your arms stretched out in front of you with no weights.. we can change later if you start get your body fat down and decide you want to bulk up. Push ups are real good too

  3. i see u want to lose weigh easy...u want to continue eating and not do exercise that kills u. well let me tell u that if u want to lose weight from ur tummy u better do abs everyday and those will kill u.  

  4. If you drink soda stop!!!! My aunt stopped drinking soda completely and lost 15 lbs. Drink diet drinks or those of very low calorie and also drink plenty of water. You can buy a dance aerobics dvd. They are a fun way to loose weight.

  5. Go on the tread mill or just walk for a few hours. Then drink a lot of water and eat only healthy food like fruit.

  6. A lot of your weight is water, sometimes when your skin feels bloated its because your body has special gland to store extra water. Drink about 3 water bottles throughout the day to be fully hydrated. With this water in your system your body will release the extra stored water in the glands. This will make you lose weight but you have to consistently drink water, not soda or juice.

    Also remember that 3,500 unused calories=1 pound.

    Try exercising in the morning, before you eat anything you lose 57% than you would if you ate
