How can u make a photo change colors?

upload your picture to lunapic.com

hover your mouse over the animation tab and click on color cycle animation that should do it for you...

but if you want to pick exactly what colors it changes to and from go to custom animation effects on the animation tab there you can choose what you want your pic to do....  hope this helps!!!!! ^_^
