You can't change the color naturally purposely. Eyes can naturally lighten due to diseases that degenerate the eye pigment or darken due to blood staining the iris due to trauma but it's usually blotchy. You cannot hypnotize yourself to create or destroy pigmentation cells no matter what hypnosis companies or the internet says. Wiccan spells would be more likely to work than some hypnosis scam and those won't cost you $29.99 plus shipping!
