Set up a table at home and learn to play at home before you ever go near a casino.

Learn to play at the professional level, even if you have no intention of becoming a professional player.

When you have reached this stage make your first visit to a casino and play. Ensure you have adequate capital and know exactly how much to stake - otherwise you are likely to go broke despite card counting. Play the lowest minimum game that will still accommodate your largest bet. This way you will minimise your losses in negative situations.

Do not learn to play in a BJ school or pay a red cent to anyone! If you cant do these things on your own you'll never be any bloody good. That's my advice to you - and you got it for free!

If you want an easier method than the counting system. You can read one of my blog post. It is quite a straight forward system. A chart based system.

And just for your information the counting system is only suitable for 1 or 2 deck blackjack. In a casino, most of the time you will see they use 6- 8 decks system which nuffy the counting system.
