How can u tell if a game is a dual layer or not??

just if there is a way tell me if there isent say theres no way u can tell i have all the programs and everything so u dont have to tell me any programs

  1. You didn't say what kind of game.

    A single layer DVD holds 4.7GB, a dual layer goes up to about 9 GB.

    PC game - easy.  Open Explorer, open the DVD folder that contains the disc, and do a properties on the disc (or just one the folders/items inside.)

    If it's a Playstation 2 or Xbox or Xbox 360 game, you'll need something that can allow your PC to recognize the disc, then repeat the above procedure.

    Either way, under 4GB - single layer.  Above 4GB - dual layer.

    Most PS2 and Xbox games are single layer.  Many 360 games are dual layer - but there are still some single layer ones as well.
