How can u train parakeets?

how can u train ur pet parakeets 2 talk and sit on ur finger with out biting ur finger if u have gud suggestions or websites that wud help thanx in advance

have him/her perch on ur finger and have another finger gently push his stomach, birds cant resist to perch on the finger pushing it. talk to it in a calm voice, hand feed it and give him/her lots of love ^^

as for getting it to talk, it works better ifs its a single male, its harder to teach a coupled parakeet to talk because there too into their mate and wont pay attention to what you say. hope that finger training thing helps
