How can u work out ur legs an tummy without workin out ur butt

its jus i would like 2 loose a few inches on my legs an tummy but i like me butt da way it is so is it possible

  1. The tummy is possible but the legs aren't.  Anything done with your legs is going to affect your bum.  Sorry, but anatomy is against your wishes with this problem.  Squats, leg raises, you name it, the bum is included.  Now, sit ups, etc, don't use as much and won't affect it.

    Overall, don't worry, you will not lose your butt; what becomes better on one part will transfer just as much beauty on another.  Try weights with legs, 10 reps, 3 sets.  With tummy just go natural with sit ups.
