How does this give access to their content? Will this be some kind of hacking?

  1. Take the proxy address (129.69.210.97) and paste it into:

    http://www.arin.net/whois/

This will give you an ISP.  If you're getting spam, report it through the spam or abuse contacts.

Note that spammers hoax this stuff all the time, and love to target MS, Google and Haliburton.  Look for foreign ISP's if multiples are listed.

  2. Proxy address gives us 3 types of information :

1.) IP address of the proxy server ( here 129.69.210.97)

2.) Port opened for the proxy in the server (here 3124)

3.) Type of proxy (here HTTP)

This is not any kind of hacking, you have only recruited a server that will transit and recieve your files/commands by displaying its own identity on the web site you will visit.
