  1. Arnold is right, there isn't any word as "confedencial" I guess you want to build up your confidence in your job?

    Well try this:

-- Do a lot of research, either thro' readings, analizing the subject you are working on, or even best talk to people around you. Don't be scared / shy to ask questions.

-- Practice Makes Perfect. Keep trying and doing, with the aim to do it better every time you repeat.

Good Luck and May You Build Up Your Confidence the Soonest.

  2. I do not think there exist an english word confidencial, if you mean confidential then that is totally different from being confident. In any way, if yo want to have confidence in yourself then just believe that you can make things work..

  3. I assume you're talking confidence in terms of confidential (secret) when discussing ideas with someone.

Typically, you would have the other party sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to prevent him/them from discussing it with someone else or using the idea themselves unilaterally.  You can find templates off the net or in a bookstore to suit your specific idea type.

Remember that most NDA's will have a time limit (normally, corporate ones can go from one-year (with a renewable clause) to about 5 (common) or 10 years (rare).  The shorter term ones would typically cover relationships, not a specific idea, so that all ideas from a relationship would apply.

You can use it to protect your ideas prior to patent submission, so even those who reject your ideas are bound by the NDA if they (or their company) signed it.

Now, getting someone to sign the NDA?  You'll need self-confidence to do that . . .

    Good luck!
