If your looking for general information, the best place to get it is the "National Transportation Board", they investigate and report on accidents.  If your looking for something more specific check your local phone book, for USCG and call them.  They may be able to direct you to someone who can help!  

         If you know someone, and want to know if they are ok, contact the cruise line.  They will have a passenger manifest, and notify family's.

        I Googled  "Princess of the Stars"  I'm sorry but the Ship was in the Philippines and the USCG wouldn't be involved.  I regret that your only option at this moment is the Cruise line, and you need to understand that they have little information them selves.  I wish you the very best!
