How can we eradicate the insurgency and corruption in our country?

The Philippine governement are facing the insurgency problem that exist for almost 38 years. A lot of measures has been done but still it exist while corruption is very much alarming. Give your insight and effective solution to a problem.

corruption and eradicating the insurgency are a lot closer linked than most people know .The war against terrorism fighting Al-quada and the Taliban is a reason for the president to enact the war powers act .Giving the administration increased power and the ability to evoke  the peoples rights of liberty and freedom under the name of security .Obviously the easiest way for terrorist to enter the country is through the border with Mexico .Yet the administration has had little interest in securing the border .By declaring war on terrorism and the insurgency .The peoples rights are gone forever as because there will always be a terrorist some where .Just like the war on drugs there will always be some one doing drugs.We are not declaring war on a country so after we take control of it the war will end .The administration by declaring war on terrorism and different organizations they label as terrorist know this war will never end ,or the increase in govt power , or the peoples rights be restored. Its deception and corruption in its finest glory .At the expense of the people
