How can we find someone’s country while/talking to her/him if that person doesn’t want you to know?

Finding someone’s country name by using his/her ID by detecting somehow the IP address etc or doing some tricks etc…

  1. When i talk to some one using the Instant Messenger, I always ask them what time and day it is where they are. This gives me an idea of where they are located.
