How can we fix blur video?

I have a Video which has out of focus shots. How do I fix it? The video is very important for me.

Your best bet is to re-shoot the video, and more importantly, use a tripod or a monopod.  You may also need to change your camera settings to record at a faster frame rate such as 30 instead of 24.

If the video is truly important to you, there are a lot of video forensics services available around the US and the world.  Any one of them can use their specialized computing systems to minimize or eliminate the blur.  This will definitely cost money.  You may also be able to find a plug-in for your editing program to do it yourself, but the video forensics people can do this the best.
