8 drops liquid detergent

1 gallon vinegar

Get a bottle of round up and spray it. Be careful because it will also kill your grass.

get a bottle of round-up, they make on specifically for poison ivy now. the smaller non-concentrated bottles are around $5 at lowe's or home depot. just make sure not to get it on plants or your grass because it will probably kill those too.
