I have walk -in client here in Cotabato City, Philippines. He is asking for help so that he can deported and send back to Amsterdam, Netherlands. He was staying in Philippines for more than 14 years, several times he attempts to go back to Amsterdam but he remains fails. According to my interview to him, his parents was already died and don't even have contacts to his friends and other members of the family. He suffered from economic crisis here in Philippines because of no permanent job. He has 2 kids with his live-in partner. maybe you can help me to help this person as he is really asking to be deported in Amsterdam. you can contact me for further information.

  1. Deportation is usually for criminals.

You possibly mean repatriation - as in return to country of origin.

WHY did the attempts you said he made fail?

It should be easy - if he has a dutch passport, he should be able to get  a plane to Amsterdam. Alas - no freebies.

  2. You can only be "deported" back to your own country (ie where you hold a passport from).  As a lawyer (which is what I assume you mean) then you should know this.  His children & partner will have to apply for a 'family reunification" visa (if not Dutch nationals) after he has returned and obtained accomodation and work (see link below)

If he holds a Dutch passport then he can simply get on a plane and return to the Netherlands  Yes he will have to find the money for a ticket, and then also to find accomodation & a job, but there is nothing stopping him from entering the Netherlands (unless there is a criminal reason that you do not mention).  I do not understand what you mean by the fact that he has "attempted" this several times already?

Actually I am not clear what you mean really......

    - Are you asking about his rights to return as a Dutch passport holder?  (if so then above)

    - Are you saying he renounced his Dutch nationality and would like to regain it?  If so then check http://www.ind.nl/nl/index.asp

    - Or are you asking for money?  In which case this is definatley not the correct forum for this.
