I am 28 weeks pregnant and my husband is not sleeping at night. He gets almost to the point of dropping off but then he comes back round straight away. He gets maybe an hour in the morning but that's it. He's had about 3 hours in the last 72h. We read about it, and it may be hormonal (related to my pregnancy). He's not depressed and he has no anxiety about the baby. He doesn't want to take sleeping tablets but he can't go on like this. What can he do to help himself sleep?
