  1. We should concentrate on improving our bus system.  

    *  Buses can run on electricity and therefore reduce carbon emissions

    *  Buses are cheaper to run

    *  Buses are not fixed to a particular route

    *  Increase the number of bus-only lanes to make public transport more attractive to commuters

    Meanwhile, charge a congestion tax to encourage drivers to avoid bringing their vehicles into the CBD.


  2. Electric rail is the way. I takes money. Someone has to spend it, and that has to be the government.
