How can we in a country with more "freedom" help in the fight to free places like Tibet?

There was a news article on Yahoo today about the riots in Tibet, the communist rule, russia's support, the burning of business's, .....

In this country it is sometimes difficult to imagine the archaic state of places only read about in the news.

we as a country need to stay out and take care of this nation as we have some of the worst  problems then other do.

These aren't even "protesters", they are terrorists.  What would other governments react to such situation???  Let these thugs, mobs, criminals to continue burn down buildings, cars, beating people to death on the streets?
