How can we learn how to swim in 2 months.?

We are moving to a very hot counrty after 2 months, me and my daughter dont know how to swim, where can we learn swimming, I mean where can I find a trainer with pool, I live in Nj, so if anyone has any info or idea please help me thanks.

you can learn how in a day if you have a trainer and obvoiusly a pool wich unfortunatley i cant help you out with. try looking for someone on the internet. usually trainers have advertisments on the web. just be calm in the water. you should prob. try swimming for the first time in shallow water though!

try even just watching insructional videos on like You Tube then trying it in a pool. but if you do this make sure somebodys there watching that you and your daughter dont drown. just like alot of other things swimmings all mental so when you get in the water really try to think out your strokes and mechanics as long as you got the technique down you could start trying to swim greater distances and do it for exercise!

swimming is all about threading and kicking, mostly kicking though.

you need to get the conditioning for kicking in the pool, practice makes perfect...
