How can we make ethical decisions that would benefit both sides? Please read the details?

At times everyone is faced with making a moral/ethical business decision that may have a beneficial outcome for certain group members and the decision may not be benficical for others. How can we make ethical decisions that would benefit both sides?

  2. It is an impossibility to make everyone happy.

  3. Most of us will face many difficult decisions in our lives where someone will get hurt as a result.  There is no magic formula to avoid this.  There will always be tough problems and tough choices.  

    So, what we should do is to do "the right thing", even if the outcome damages us, financially, or by reputation, or by some other means.  Be true to your ethics and your morals, and take the lumps, if they are there, as a honourable man/woman.

    By the way, I put the "the right thing" in quotations because it is a subjective matter.  The right thing as you perceive it maybe is different from someone else.

  4. Sometimes you can't. You just should always strive to do what's fair. That's really all you can do.
