You can't.  You can try to minimize it, of course.  But, overzealous persuit of corruption gets you witch hunts, and no one's every come up with a utopian system perfect enough to avoid corruption.  In fact, older, imperfect systems that practically 'build in' some corruption end up being less corrupt than brand new systems meant to be 'free' of it, because new, untested, systems are riddled with unforseen loopholes.

Stop teaching your children that making and spending money are the highest goal of humanity.

And publicly execute white collar criminals who steal from millions of people while keeping their obscene bonuses.

These two things might redeem us.

Reject Human Supremacist Attitudes which hold Human race as more important than other life forms and which result in suicidal greed. Campaign to make illegall,specify attitudes not humans responsible. Make part of Planetary Rights, have a statement that All Planetary Life is equal to Human Life. Humans cannot destroy own Ecosystem, if any do prison term possible A Corporation may not destroy Ecosystem at expense of humanity.  Education in schools explaining why this is so in addition to that on The Environment. Reconnect with Environment by  an understanding everything connects to another remove one thing and you endanger All. Bribes could not work were it seen danger suicidal. What point is there having money if you are not alive to spend it.

Easy. Fire all the lobbyists that make obscene ammounts of money for no-bid contracts, etc. Then fire all the CEO's of major US corportations and deport them to mexico with no money for a few days..

Actually it will be hard to end corruption but at least thats a start... oh BTW vote Democratic next election and you will make a difference in the corruption in Washington.

Obama wants to end the presidents ties to lobbyists and other corruption, so vote for him.

Corruption always moves from Top to bottom, so one can't remove it from root without cleaning the top brass.

It can only be cleaned via mental paradigm shift of the society (or in other words you can say changing the value system of the society).
