After World War II, the United States was the most productive nation the world had ever seen. Today, we don't build our basic economic infrastructure and we have become a post-industrial bankrupt services economy. We've outsourced all of are productive capability. We are no longer self-sufficient. How can we rebuild our infrastructure and invest in real production at home?

  1. Ditch socialist welfare policies, reduce the high taxes on businesses, and go back to good ole capitalism.

  2. dont vote for barack obama. he wants to turn america into anyothher country so we cant compete with china or russia

  3. don't buy toyota

  4. Quit shopping at walmart, start paying the higher prices for american made products and learn quality over quantity....

  5. have the government (i hate that word) legalize and utilize hemp and marijuana

it makes no sense that it is illegal. please email if you think otherwise.

  6. first of all, get rid of bush

  7. If folks are looking to restore the old days of Middle Class Workers earning "phat" paychecks with little or no education, forget it. Those days are gone. Labor in China is cheap and its never coming back. When you can pay a factory worker in

China $1/day vs. an American $50-$100/day, you quickly see why factory jobs in the US are gone for good.

But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Its called earning a living from "Skilled Labor".  The big problem the Chinese have is educating its population. There is no such thing as sending your children off to school K-thru-12th free of charge in China. If you want your child educated, you gotta pay. And what the Chinese pay is about 50% of their yearly salary per child. That means "skilled" labor will be a commodity and thus pay well.

So how do you capitalize on this fact?  You educate yourself and your children in high tech fields of Medicine, Computers, Engineering, etc... The focus in America now needs to shift to  skilled education. Mandating 4/yrs of English class and 2/yrs of Science in High School is a joke. It should be the other way around. Math and Science are America's keys to the future, not English Lit.

You cannot compete against cheap unskilled labor in a globalized economy. But you can compete against skilled labor. Knowledge is Power.

  8. YOU CAN'T!!!!

    MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

all because of Asias cheap building and trade!! haha

and also it doesn't have any laws on making and perventing green house gases. YAY!

well not really but because of that they can make things without paying a green house gases tax and the labour is so cheap because of all the poor and homeless people there due to the worlds massive population.

so the only way the U.S can be like that again is to tear up all of their laws and treaties based around global warming and green house gases then build a whole bunch of factories there and make the production expences cheaper than in Asia!

  9. huge tall electric borders!! we have to take care of our own.. I know mexican women love to come over here and have like 14 anchor babies to ride our free systems, but we really need to take care of us first and let the c**k roaches breed elsewhere!!!
