How can we men last longer to ejaculate?

I have a big problem and it is that I ejaculate too fast, at least my girl feels good because I ejaculate 4 or 5 times in about a 4 hours period, but I don't feel good because when she is feeling better "BOOM" I ejaculate.

  9. You can train your body to ejaculate slower if you use the stop and start method when you m********e. That is when you feel like you're ready to blow a load stop rubbing yourself until the feeling subsides. Then go at it again. Stop again when you feel like you are ready to have an o****m. Once you feel like you have been going long enough say 20 minutes than just let yourself go.
