hi Everyone

how can we filter someone in yahoo? like, if they write to us, i do not receive it? i already blocked someone, but they can still write, and i receive it...i dont want to recive it...so how do we do that?

If the person you are talking about is a spammer, there isn't a ton you can do since they tend to keep switching up their email addresses. If they have a consistent domain, and it's not one that you receive other emails from, you can try blocking the domain.

Is this a spam situation, or is this someone you know?

i am not sure. still new to it myself...

click on 'Options'

choose 'mail options' in the drop down

then 'Filters'...then Add

in the first line...From header: click on the drop down box and choose 'Address'

in the blank box along side of it...put in the address

Ex.  [e-mail]

on the Then...Move the message to :

click on the drop down box and choose 'Trash'

Click on 'Add Filter'

This will move any message to the Trash and you won't see it.
