How can we provide an incentive for cops to stop beating African Americans?

I am doing research into the Rodney King trial and I am so tired of seeing Police Officers beating African Americans and pulling them over just because of the color of their skin.

Why are cops so racist against our African brothers and sisters. They are only people too trying to make ends meet and trying to raise their families.

How do cops justify their terrible treatment towards people with dark skin?

Cops,

We need to make friends in this world and not make enemies. Okay?

We sure need to learn more about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who had a dream that we could talk without the beatings.

Before you even think an evil thought about our African American brothers and sisters remember that all they want to do is to live, to smile, and to someday get to see their grandchildren.

I still can't believe those cops were let go after beating  rodney king that way. that was unbelievable.

Us African Americans just ask for it. We beat up Whites and other races for apparently no reason and we do some low life acts. Also, cops are not racist against ALL African Americans, just the one that wear their jeans down low and have those weird hip hop clothes on. Some of us that do those dumb things, REALLY deserve to get beaten up by cops.

With those types of LOW LIVES beaten up that bad by our good boys i n Blue, I wander why the cops just don't kill the scum.

Also, I am Black saying this. If a Cop was to attack a good Black Man like lets say Dr Dre, I would be pissed off at the cops, but the type of Blacks that cops beat up, DESERVE WAY WORSE THAN just getting beaten to a pulp!
