  1. Flatulence is produced in the small intestines when air is mixed with the food as the small intestines are trying to break the food down. To reduce the gas, one simple thing you can do is drink a bit more warm water. Also, some foods (beans, broccoli some bulky vegetables) are harder to break down and thus produce more gas. These vegetables also happen to be very good for your health, so keep eating them. Try eating more slowly and walking at least 45 minutes a day. It aids digestion.


  2. Watch what you eat and how fast you eat it.  Gulping food increases the amount of air in your stomach and hence the amount of gas you pass.  Beans, meats and nuts and veggies all are gas producers. Try the product "Bean-o" it works to decrease the gas in your gut.
