-Governments should put a tax on oil and coal products, to make these sources of energy more expensive to use, by that encouraging the conversion to non fossil fuel sources of energy.

-Invest heavily in alternative power sources, especially for power stations and cars.

-Reforest the world, convert every possible open space into forest.

-invest in research and application of technologies to harvest and bury CO2, that is now in the atmosphere.
