Lots of methods available.

TV: You can watch CNBC, NDTV Profit to get real time.

Newspaper: All financial news paper has a full section on present price. Useful for open, closed, change prices for last day.

Web: You can get it from NSE, BSE websites, moneycontrol website by giving the stock name.

Real time price: Get an account with yahoo finance and add your shares to the list. this will give you real time price screens.

Open Bombay Stock exchange or National stock exchange sites. You will get live stock quotes.

Go to Yahoo finance and input the company name or ticker symbol, and you will get the summary of the day's prices: open, high, low, and close. You can not find stocks on the pink sheets on Yahoo finance, however. For that, you would need to call a broker and get a quote. Since there are so many stocks listed on so many exchanges, you can't get all of the listings at once. However, you can also research different sectors, and will get a list of a particular company's competitors, so you can see how one company is doing compared to another in the same sector.
